Very friendly service, we were greeted right away with a pitch to help if we had any questions about the menu. The staff were knowledgeable on the menu offerings and were excellent at making recommendations.Food was delicious, and prepared fast! One thing however, both my wife and I find the sandwiches not filling enough for a dinner. We actually ate another meal soon after leaving. Maybe a better option for lunch instead!

It's become my quick sandwich time spot. Smoked meat is my favourite.- The service delivery was pretty quick today.- No line-up either around 2:30pm.- Staff kept the idle sitting area clean and tidy; no trays hanging alone.Definitely one of my fav places for a quick bite during lunch break.Suggestion: Those dumpsters aren't pretty looking around the patio outside; I hope they will not be around during the summer time when patio is busy. :)

We got there around noon, so there was a lot of people/orders, so it took some time for our bagels to be ready. However, the bagels were super delicious! I took the LGBT one (lettuce, guacamole, bacon, and tomato) with the everything bagel. The price is also super reasonable - 8.99$ only!We could also see the staff there making the bagels right in front of us.Would definitely go back to try their other bagels!

First time at Kettleman's and had a great experience! Loved seeing that giant hunk of dough being freshly rolled out into bagels. The inside is very clean and nice. I got the special St Patty's bagel and it was so delicious! Just a bit expensive at 4.50 each but I think it's because it was a special holiday bagel. Will be back to try out the sandwiches next!

This morning I ordered Kettleman’s for the first time through Uber Eats since I don’t have a location nearby. I was really excited to try it as everybody talks about how good it is. I ordered the CBC melt and that was it. I got my order in a timely fashion which was great but as soon as I held the bag it smelled badly of warm lettuce. I opened it up to find what is pictured - and I swear this is exactly how it looked when I opened the box. It’s quite literally like someone just didn’t care and dumped all the excess lettuce on my sandwich for fun. When you’re looking to relax and just enjoy your food, you don’t really want to be sitting there picking bits of lettuce off. The food otherwise tastes good if you don’t mind a mouthful of lettuce. Probably the first and last time I order from here.

Grabbed myself 6 bagels from this location. 24/7 bagels is amazing. Even open over the holiday Canada Day weekend.They aren't too expensive either compared to store bought bagels considering how much better they are. They could easily charge $3 each like it would be at a farmer's market. Didn't try any of the other baked goods as they don't look fresh or made in store.

Food is good and is very consistent with the other kettleman stores. This one has more seating than the one on bank street. It was quite busy when we went, and for the most part people flow in and out, so we were still able to find seats.We tried their breakfast sandwiches this time, it's good - though I still prefer the kettleman special!

A wonderful place to enjoy a variety of Bagels. Quick service and friendly staff. The sandwiches we had were delicious. They also have some baked pastries and loafs which are tasty.

Way overpriced for what is for sale. I understand they have specialty bagels but for the same price you can get full artesian meals else where / burgers and fries. The bagles were also not amazing, definitely not worth the price or what Kettlemans use to be.
