I tried to get alterations on a dress and they told me that they couldn’t do it. Then told me if they managed its going to cost me the price of a dress??! Then… told me to try on the dress only to tell me we won’t be able to fix it. They are not professionals, I found another place in Laval not too far that fixed it for me just fine. If your business don’t do alterations say it up front and remove it from your banner. Wasted my time going there.

Try not to go here. I dropped off a pair of pants for hemming and waist adjustment on the condition that the tailor would call me to discuss the price since the store clerk couldn't say how much this would cost. Imagine my surprise when I went to inquire why I wasn't called and I was told the pants were fixed but the cost was $30. Not the best priced tailor and not the best service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Opening hours are listed for 8am. It’s 8:19am and no one is there! Not impressed at all. Minimum good customer service is to be there on time.

J'ai reçu un accueil et un service digne d'un nettoyeur d'hôtel quatre étoiles. La propriétaire est une dame charmante et souriante(malgré le masque!!). Mes vestons ont retrouvés leurs éclats.Merci !!
