This place has rude employees. I stoped by to buy some drink and use the washroom. As I walked inside of the store, I asked the gentlemen at the cash desk, if I may use the washroom? To what I received a shocking reply “you may not use the washroom unless you purchase something.” I thought the gentlemen was making fun out of it. However, for me it wasn’t funny. I am a pregnant women which made a stop to use the washroom and get some drink.I repeated myself one more time and asked if he is serious? He replied “yes”. Well guess what, I haven’t even bought a drink , because I was super upset with such unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional conversation.This place has a tire shop as well. I would avoid such customer service at all costs.

The Best experience ever the person that was filling up my car was very kind and positive if only we had more people like this ❤ and let not forget the young gentleman behind the cash register. This will be the place I will fill up my car when in Burlington

Full service. Cant pay at pump. Wanted to take my visa inside. No thanks. I willwalk my own card in or you should bring the mobile machine. Thanks for washing my windows but no need to sh!t talk about me to the next lady!!!!!!! Not your place to talk about my smile. My mood is none of your business. Be carefull when your talking about the previous customer your words are loud enough to hear from my car. Not professional.

Really rude owner! You’re a service station pal, stop yelling at people who need help. For example, the guy in a pickup with a really low tire, who needed your air pump, nice.

Today I was out on my mobility scooter enjoying a summer day when I realized I was losing battery power and needed to get home. I was near Shell Park and headed along Lakeshore very slowly but knew I would not make it home without plugging in for a few minutes. I saw the Good Neighbour Esso at Missauga Road and pulled in.I was told that I could not use their garage to recharge my battery even though it would only take 5 or 10 minutes. The serviceman told me to keep on going to the stores down the road. I was so shocked I couldn’t speak. I left immediately. I’m handicapped without the ability to walk but luckily I just made it to the Rexall Drugstore at Bronte Road where I was kindly helped.Is this the kind of place you want to give your business to?

Peter who pumped my gas was very aggressive and rude towards me. I will never purchase gas from this station again. Avoid at all costs.

Place is over priced and customer service is TERRIBLE/rude. I bought 2 water bottles, a coca cola and a bag of chips = $12 and they still gave me a hard time when I needed to use their washroom. Avoid this place if possible.
