Tim Hortons on Edna used to be a good place to go.. not anymore.Customer service doesn't exit, majority of staff are rude, with attitude.I have been going for breakfast everyday.I always get a bacon grilled wrap.It used to be made exactly like the photo on their menu.For the past 4 weeks they have been wrapping it like a sausage which is about 2 inches long, with all the product stuffed in the center.When I complained, they said they have changed the way they wrap them.I took it upon myself to call head office. They informed no such thing has transpired, the WRAP should look like the photo on the menu.So, today I thought I'd go in again.I had to specifically ask that my order be wrapped the correct way.Surprisingly it was.I then spoke to the manager about this, he tried to say to me that they have changed the way they wrap their product. I informed him that head office hasn't made a change like this and they should continue to make their breakfast wraps like the photo on the menu board. Basically the manager lied!! There was no change at head office.I also told him about the rudeness of mist of their staff, when you complain..snickering at you etcI agree totally with the other reviews that you have received from others.Staff very rudeOrders messed upDo what they want with your foodFood is not presented like the menu photos, not just wraps, other items as well.Basically DO NOT care that you are their customer._______The location is very convenient for me, but I doubt I will be visiting this Tim Hortons again.Was aLoyal customer since the 1970's..not anymore!!!

Tim Horton's has disappointed me too often lately. I don't understand why they are open 24 hours and you can't buy donuts, muffins, bagels at night because they don't have any. I know they don't want to have a ton to baked goods but if they are open for business then they should at least have some basic baked products available for sale.

Few empty seats were available and there was not much queue. We had french vanilla and mocha iced capp. Both of them tasted well.

Found myself without breakfast and decided to order from Tim Hortons. To my delight, my order arrived promptly within 10 minutes. I opted for the barbecue chicken wrap, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and it left me satisfied. Gave one French Vanilla to my car mechanic as well. The quick service, tasty food, and delightful beverages make it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal or snack.

Poor customer service. They rushed the order taking process by giving me my total without asking if I wanted anything else. On three different occasions.When I received my order it was made incorrectly and was overcooked.

Exceptionally poor service at this location for walk-in customers. Stand at the counter for 15min with no line to wait to have your order taken, wait 20 min to receive food and drinks. I live nearby, and this is a consistent experience for over a year now.

Recommend going to Victoria Street before you think of even coming to this place. Most staff are rude at the drive thru it's okay if you walk in. the drive thru staff are rude speaking a million word a second in attempts to rush you out vary disrespectful! The coffee is never sterd when I get food the obvious things to toast are not toasted alot of the time too the food is vary sloppily put together again in attempts to rush you out. I went to Victoria Street Tim Hortons and it was the best I didn't even ask them to toast my food came out nice and warm staff was super friendly that's why I recommend never going to this one

Continuously get the wrong things. Latest ordered two sausage breakfast sandwiches. Got a bagel belt and bacon breakfast sandwich. Yes, the drive thru is fast, but that doesn't really matter when you get the wrong items and have to go in to get the order corrected.
