Andy is amazing- he has been teaching my daughter and I self defence classes for a few months now. I really like that not only is he teaching us physically how to defend ourselves but mentally as well. You couldn't find a more welcoming and understanding environment to learn how to be more comfortable in your own skin. Andy did a great job of instructing our group on how to recognize dangerous situations and people, how to de-escalate and some physical maneuvers. Andy even helped me with navigating a difficult situation with a landlord! Would recommend to anyone who is wanting to feel more safe and secure.

Training with Andy was amazing! I didn’t initially know how much I would learn, but I can confidently say that I learnt a lot during my 4 sessions. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient! I would highly recommend taking his classes, they’re helpful in any situation.
