Zero wait times (when compared to the franchises in Burnaby and New Westminster). Friendly and professional stylists. Sometimes I am not in the right mindset to engage in small talk; and this is the place for me to get my hair cuts. Ample parking right in front of the shop. Reasonable pricing too. Would recommend this place anyday!

They consistently give me the cut I like and always make the visit positive.

Recently took my son for a simple boys cut which took over an hour. Normally service here is fine, but steer clear of the hair dressed with blonde hair and green highlights.

Ouchhh, usually get good service. But this time the stylist scratched up the back of my head and left the hair line uneven. Too bad because the other stylists were good. Oh and she also drew blood with a cut on the top of one ear.

I had great experience at this place. Roza (my stylist) was very nice to me and did my hair and beard as I wanted. She listened to my requirements and worked with me until I got a proper hair cut and Beard trim.Too bad they just do hairs, they can do more I believe!Thank you Roza.

Have come to this location for last 20-25 hair cuts last 3 check ins where I am to arrive and told to have to wait 30 another minutes. Plus it’s crazy you cannot book your specific stylist and it’s a round Robin service. Might start looking for a new barber if I keep having to come back another day due to booking.Edit: after calling the CS line leaving a voicemail not a single reply. I again went back to try again this time spoke with the “manager” who said it’s corporates control over the stores and she has nothing she can do. And to top it off she was one of the worst stylist to date many other workers cut hair better.Started to goto Rami’s cut just down the street. $20 tax in for mens cut. If you see this review goto anywhere else.

Recently came in and had a great experience. Summer was my stylist. Wait time was estimated at around 15 mins but I only waited 3. Summer was awesome because it felt like she cared, she listened and does great work. Also made the experience very human, which I personally value. It didn't feel like she was reading off a script and she actually cared. I did have dry scalp and she did recommend a product for it, i felt no pressure to buy it, i did and it works super well. I'm very happy with my consistent experiences here!

We walked right in as my wife was called, I was next in line, which was only minutes. A very good experience as usual.

Very pleased with my experience at great clips today. I signed in online so the wait time was ZERO.The stylist was friendly and professional.I ended up with a great cut for a great price!! Super happy!

Not sure what they normally charge for Childrens hair cuts here I read online that it’s supposed to be $11.00, I was charged over $20??? Also she mentioned something about a new hair cut being more money?? Super confused about that comment she made to me about a new hair cut my son should have received what was saved in the system for his style! I’m super mad about the cut. Extremely choppy sides were not trimmed properly. Won’t be going bad to her again. Not sure what her name was but her chair is on the right side second one down as of 2pm on Friday March 25. I usually don’t make bad reviews but I honestly feel like I have been scammed by this lady. Even on their website it mentioned an adult haircut at a lower end was $15!
