The customer service was non existent when I was trying to find 4 pairs of shoes for my boys. I asked multiple times for the lady to show us what they had in stock at the store in a size 6 and she wouldn’t show us. She just kept saying she could order them in when I wanted to see what was available to purchase on the spot. I planned on spending over $400 on shoes and put back what we had picked out and walked out with nothing because of the poor customer service. I used to shop with the shoe company all the time, now I will never go back.

This location is inside White Paks Mall, London. Not where I expect to find a Shoe Company. It's a narrow store with a decent selection of shoes. I needed to process an online return and they got it done, but it took a lot of time. The selection of shoes and boots was average.
