Truly fantastic food! A sharing dining experience as you have a communal platter of curried meat and veg to eat with your hands. Strong tea or coffee to finish along with the smiling company of the owners.

TGs Addis Ababa is the place to go if you want to taste delicious flavourful food from the motherland! The combination platter has all the different dishes from vegetarian to beef and chicken which gives you a bit of everything on their menu!

I had been wanting to try Ethiopian food for years now and I'm so glad I did and that my first experience was here! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is wonderful they are welcoming and kind. And the food is DELICIOUS!!! I DEFINITELY recommended it. We tried the a and b meat platters (each are meant for one person) so we decided to each get a different one but served as one to get a bit of everything and we were STUFFED and still had tons to bring home.

I've been traveling and eating out for a week and this was by far the best food I've had in Canada. Very interesting experience and the flavors were amazing. I'll be hunting out Ethiopian food in the future.

First exposure to Ethiopian cuisine leaves us wanting to explore more of this flavourful cooking. Delightful, helpful and attentive service added to the welcoming atmosphere! A very special treat!

Ethiopian food done right! We read the reviews and thank god we followed them in to have dinner here. I wish I could adequately describe Ethiopian cuisine, but I can tell you that our family styled dinner was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We had the beef platter mixed with the combination platter #1. If you have never tried Ethiopian food, but are in to Indian, Middle Eastern, and/or Thai food, I think it would be in your best interest to try this with some friends or family. Service was great. Owner checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer questions. We will return here next time we travel to London Ontario!

Beautiful atmosphere. Kind and generous staff (brought me a sample app while I was waiting for another app they were making fresh). Food was outstanding. Great menu selection. All that food and spicy tea for only $26. Very satisfied. Chef came out to say hi.If I had to find anything to critique would be the same instrumental was on loop. But this pales to the overall experience. Thank you!

The wait was too long… restaurant was not busy, but it took forever to get a menu, wait for someone to take our order, and for the food to arrive. Decor’s nice, appetizers were tasty, large portions, platter is on the dryer side comparing to other Ethiopian places, and unfortunately half of our platter was cold (injera feels like it just came out of the fridge). We spent about ~15 mins in total eating our meal (we were starving), but was there for about 1 hour and 45 mins.We were really looking forward to this place due to the reviews, and would give it 7/10 if the food was warm and served in a reasonable amount of time. Overall I would not recommend it unless you have a couple of hours to spare.

Exquisite food. Fantastic service. Definite repeat!The service was perfectly paced, very professional, humble and welcoming. I loved the touches of the chef coming out to see how we are doing and getting a smell of freshly roasted coffee beans.The food was simply amazing. Highly reccommend the platters.

First time trying Ethiopian with the girlfriend. Nice decor and music, cute date spot! Server plesant and thr chef actually came to introduce herself and ask how the meal was. We had the combo chicken /beef platter - delicious! Somewhat messy as you eat with your hands and thin crepe like bread. Pleasant surprise, would absolutely come back. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.
