First Choice Haircutters

Hair cut was great, but I have to say, even if Covid wasn't a thing, after you shave my neck, grab the hair dryer or brush to wipe away the cut hairs. DO NOT BLOW ON MY NECK WITH YOUR FACE!

Worst haircut in a long time, the front doesn't even line up properly. I feel like an escaped mental patient and I have the Mohawk styled hair cut like the previous commenter (I didn't ask for that). They poured so much water on me it was literately running down my face. First time in my life I had to go home and change it to look better, and if I can do that, then it's a real problem. They spent about 8 minutes on me and then charged me 18 dollars... Time for a new location, convenience of location clearly ain't worth it. :-(

I went in for a haircut and was not even acknowledged. I took a seat and 5 minutes later an older gentleman came in and was greeted upon arrival, they took his name and still never acknowledged me in the building. After 10 more minutes passed I finally got up and walked out. Terrible customer service!

My daughter and I tried to get our hair cut. The two staff members were rude, saying my daughter had nits and I had nits. We got our hair checked elsewhere and we don't We have dandruff. They centered my 15 year out where everyone was staring at us and to top it off the one team member told my daughter she should wash her hair more and said we are not cutting your air. So my daughter was in tears and I told my daughter come on and gave the staff member a diety look, so un professional they could gave handled that so much better. Never going back not even if they are the last place on earth.

Worst experience Ever. first they didn't even acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter to the point that the older lady with the short gray hair put her finger in the air as if to tell me to be quiet when I asked for assistance. I have curly hair,I asked if I could have it washed conditioned blow-dried straightened and then cut bangs dry, younger lady with straight mushroom style cut hair said yes. after waiting for an hour a younger lady came in called my name to do my hair and then told me it was against their policy to cut hair dry after I waited an hour. then she asked me why I wanted it done that way anyway and she could just cut my bangs wet and then dry it and if we needed to trim it later we could once it was dry... so, does that not make it a dry haircut anyways? Seriously don't go there worst atmosphere, rude staff waste of my time and efforts and there's a reason why people work at first choice and not a real salon, I learned my lesson. I will be contacting owners but have a feeling after reading the rest of the complaints it will fall on deaf ears.

A trim to them means a cut and restyle highly recommended not going to this place

Connie deserves a huge shout out! My 2 year old son is not a fan of hair cuts and does not make it easy. Her patience and support were so appreciated and she did an amazing job on his hair!

I showed Dores a picture on my phone and asked her that I need a haircut like in the picture. She looked at it only once and I got the exact same haircut I wanted. I am very happy with her service. She is very welcoming and I enjoyed our chat.Definitely will go back and I highly recommend this place.
