The WATER Stop

We hired The Water Stop to install a water softener and carbon filtration. Jay was our installer, he was punctual, knowledgeable and great to work with. He has great attention to detail and did a great job on the install of our new Kinetico S250 OD system. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you Jay and Water Stop.

Purchased a water filtration system 6 months ago. The the installation was quick and Jay the technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. In addition, he saved me $2000 on an iron filter that I thought I needed but ended up not needing. I appreciated his good character and would recommend The Water Stop to anyone looking to improve their water quality.

Very pleased with our water system purchased and installed by the Water Stop in Midland. First of all, Norm came to test our water arriving as promised. He provided us with the analysis, options and a quote on the spot. We were able to schedule an installation that suited us and Jason arrived as scheduled. Jason's installation was exemplary. The quality of the workmanship was very good and he took the time to plan out the task at hand, making sure the water system took as little of our living space as possible (even at extra effort required to do so). He thoroughly explained the system, provided contact information should we have questions, and left our home clean. We have noticed an immediate difference in our water and know the Kinetico System will last. Thanks Water Stop.

We had The Water Stop install a whole home filtration system about 12 years ago, then recently had an FOB installed as the older system was not able to handle the sulphur and iron that began to show up in our water.Jay came to the house, advised us on what we needed and provided a firm price. He showed up promptly to install the unit, explain exactly how it worked and what we needed to do (almost nothing except reset the clock after a long power outage), cleaned up and was gone in an hour or so. He then followed up via text a few days later to ensure our water was still pristine, which it is!Great job, excellent solution at a great price and very professional installation. This is our second time working with The Water Stop and can recommend them without reservation.

Great service and very convenient I use the depot a couple times a week. My only complaint is the PH for the reverse osmosis water is off fairly significantly. It's reading 4.8-4.9 instead of 6. Not sure why that is but it's annoying to have to correct constantly. Other then that decent place.

Can't say enough good stuff about these guys!Talked me through the options for water softeners with no pressure.Came out to do the install, and were clean, quick, and knowledgeable. Gave me some free insider information on the other water treatment equipment in our house (came with the house when we bought it). Very friendly, and very honest.I shouldn't need another water softener in my lifetime, but if I do, I'll be calling the water stop again for sure!

Another great experience of WATER Stop service!! When we moved to this area twenty years ago, there was a WATER Stop just up the road (Bayfield Street). We had them in to test and service our softener on a couple of occasions. Always honest, thorough staff in whom I felt a well-earned level of trust. This continued today!! I have never felt up-selled" at any time. Items that required servicing were efficiently carried out today as has been the experience in the past.
