Al Barak Mediterranean Grill
I don't really eat shawarmas here in Victoria since a lot of the other places I tried taste like a regular wrap or burrito, so when Al Barak opened up here decided to give it a try. So glad I did!The shawarmas are absolutely amazing and in my opinion the best in all of Victoria! Portions are generous, the sauces are delicious and everything is so well spiced and prepared. Whenever I see the owner they are super friendly as well and I think that is also part of the experience. Highly recommended and I cannot wait when the other menu items are available!

The best shawarma I've ever tasted in Victoria. The portion size was equally impressive. Bang for the buck, but it also left me feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

I didn't expect my favorite meal in Victoria to be anything but seafood but here we are. I've been dreaming about their falafel wrap for almost two weeks since I've had it. The falafel is full of some magic spice, the pickles are just the right balance, the wrap is impossibly perfect in every way, and those sauces! And, the owner is incredibly kind. I hope that this place is wildly successful and around for many years. I cannot wait to visit Victoria again just so I can eat here, a lot.

The food, portion size and staff friendliness were all equally impressive.Both Shawarma and Falafel wraps were superb.Staff were nice and helpful.It’s a very small place with limited seating space, I recommend takeout.

I have been waiting for a regular shawarma shop I could go too. I am happy i've found one. The customer service was a 10/10, food was a 10/10 and for the middle of downtown, the price was a 10/10 definitely coming back! Thank you Ali, for opening a shawarma place here in vic with authentic Arabic cuisine!

Their shawarmas were absolutely delicious and had a unique taste that isn’t found anywhere else in town. Great quality ingredients and impressive quantity - we left feeling full and satisfied without having to break the bank.What really stood out to me, however, was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and welcoming.Overall, I highly recommend their shawarma to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal with great service. I will definitely be back!

I never had Shawarma before. I ask the staff for any recommendation. They were really friendly and recommended their famous chicken Shawarma wrap. It is really delicious. I will definitely come back again. Definitely a go-to spot when visiting Victoria.
