MoveUP

This is a disservice to the employees they’re suppose to protect. We can’t hire a lawyer. And union reps not answering calls or won’t call you back. This is the second time now. Last time (first incident) I called and left vm, been over a year and still no callback.

Before becoming a MoveUP member, my life was hardly worth living. I existed in a joyless, black and white reality in which I could do no right. The praise, recognition, and ultimately the promotion I so desperately craved went to a junior colleague and I secluded myself, falling into isolation, giving in to self-doubt and despair. I was in my darkest place, haunted by the past, crushed by the weight of capitalistic oppression. That is, until my rep, Nathan, wrenched me from my self-loathing, pushed me far outside my comfort zone and set me on the path to becoming the best version of myself. Now I hold myself with confidence. Now I stand, not just for myself, but for the entire working class!Thank you MoveUP, thank you Nathan!

saving grace is that as a mass they are sick and don't know what being professional means. they make up their own definition of a decimation injection and treat employees like their own property. they don't protect your right to food, water, or energy.

They collect all ur money, they don’t do their job so many members getting fired from Rental car businessEven though it’s Covid 19, but they don’t help those members who still have jobs and work during Covid times.

The are just there for extracting money from your salary . Not helpful in real problems.

The union reps, staff and table officers at MoveUP are always looking out for what’s best for their members. They’ve helped me numerous times with workplace issues and always got the issue resolved. I’m proud to be a moveup member.

They just collect fee from members . They don’t do anything . The worst Union in Canada

All they do is take your union dues (ALOT I may add) and do nothing to protect your job. They dont care if your job is on the line and you are looking for communication and support from them. They dont even have have the curtesy of responding to your emails. Terrible union. Wish I never gave them a dime of my money. Oh and I assume any of the good reviews on here are fake. One of them is from the president of the union.

The staff are superb, honestly some of the best people you'll ever meet. Quality service, excellent advocacy, and some of the best negotiators in the biz.
