Horrible for anything other than coffee or a BLT. I struggle to find healthy options on their menu. I hate that drive throughs take longer than walk ins. Meh

You always get what you need at very affordable prices.Despite having usually big line ups on the drive through, the team at Tim Horton work hard to service inside and out side requests.

slow service, drive thru had to wait 25 mins to reach the window and then they were laughing and I complained and they did not give me my order. old lady there saying she is the manager and she is the worst person to deal with in tim hortons.to everyone, another location the other side of hwy 403 2 mins drive, better than this waste of time

Staff were more interested in when their break starts instead of serving customers. No surprise. It's the Tim hortons way. Garbage food, garbage service!

Unlike some of the recent reviews here, I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to write a review.Recently I was in the area and googled tim hortons and found this location at the gas station. I went through the drive thru to order a hot drink. The customer service was great from the get go. The gentleman spoke clearly, was easy to understand and polite and the speaker system worked flawlessly; which is not always the case with drive-thrus at some other Tim Hortons. I placed my order and it was a very short wait to get to the drive thru counter.I ordered a mocha with Oat milk. The gentleman who took my order was fast and efficient and handed me my drink after I scanned my Tims reward card. I got a discount as well, which was nice and worked well this time (not always the case)The drink itself was excellent. Not always the case at other locations recently, even for a simple drink like a mocha. The flavour and temperature were perfect; not scalding hot nor lukewarm.Even though this was a short visit and not a large order, I will commend this Tim Hortons for the excellent customer service, great communication system at drive thru and a delicious hot drink served at the proper temperature. Job well done and I would return to this location if I'm ever in the area again.

We ordered two drinks that they severely messed up and only filled half way. I contacted customer service who was excellent and got us in contact with that locations manager who told us next time we were in to say we would receive two new drinks in lieu of the improper drinks. I just went to redeem the two drinks and I was turned away and was told I was a liar by the two guys working because they couldn’t prove I hadn’t already received the drinks. I showed them the email for proof and they still didn't believe me and laughed. Nothing new from this location, the workers are absolutely terrible for the most part. I refuse to go back to this location. If I could give this location a zero star I would.

This location does not have a sense of customer service at all. There was kid who wouldn't want to change my ice coffee as it wasn't done the way I wanted it. Then he called a manager (Jason) who almost did the same thing but when I told him that I am not here to argue for $2, its up to you how you would like to treat your customers, then he changed the Ice Coffee but with attitude saying that I am only doing it this time, next time I wont. Well this was my last time at this location cuz across the street there is another Tim Hortons who has GREAT customer service attitude.

The place has gotten worse and worse every visit. Today was the end for me at this location. They hand me my hot chocolate with out making sure the lid is on so i end up with hot chocolate all over myself and my car. Never got an im sorry or compensation for this all i got was a few napkins and a new drink. My arm is now red and hot and my car is covered in hot chocolate.

The worst Tim Hortons. Not enough that they always mess up my order. Apparently now they don’t have chicken even though chicken is on their menu. Ridiculous! I ordered my usual Cappuccino today and they gave me plain coffee with milk. Unbelievable!

Don’t expect any type of customer service here. Staff are more busy chit chatting than preparing orders.
