Food for Thought Ottawa
These folks produce delicious food which I deliver as a volunteer to shut-ins, the frail elderly and others. Recently I bought two of their Thursday meals to take home after my deliveries. They were very good, and tasted even better because my purchase meant two more meals were prepared and given to a family in need by Food for Thought. It is a great organization doing vital work.

A great community oriented social entreprise / agency that help with food insecurity in Ottawa. It is great to purchase a meal for $10+hst and get a meal for me and one for someone in need.

Great food, made an easy family meal and enjoyed by all. We felt good contributing by the purchase and plan to do this again. My only feedback is for improved sustainable or more enviro friendly packaging.
