Darren come by, despite some bad weather and did as much diagnostic and hands on testing that was possible at the time. We couldnt assess the issue properly so he took the riding lawn mower back to the shop and worked his magic , replaced all the necessary parts and brought the machine back better than he found it. No complaints and worth every penny. Highly recommend

I found On Spot Repair on our community FaceBook page. I left a message for Darren and he got back to me promptly and we set up an appointment. There was a follow up text to confirm our appointment and another one the day prior to the service. The technician arrived on time, was professional, courteous and serviced our lawnmower as promised, in about an hour for the price quoted. I was so lucky to find On Spot Repair because it saved me so much time and energy! Darren was professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. After the tune-up, my 3-yr old Husqvarna lawnmower now works better than when I first bought it! Totally worth it and I highly recommend! On Spot Repair will be my 'go to' going forward!

Snowblower wouldn’t start, needed a tuneup, oil change and new pull cord. Darren had it running in no time. He checked all belts and pulleys, oiled everything and even cleaned up a mouse nest that had found it’s way inside the housing.Very happy customer!Thanks Darren and crew at On Spot Repair.

Couldn’t ask for better service. Pull cord on my snowblower broke so contacted On The Spot with an additional request for a tune up as well. Gavin came right to the house, did the work and even repositioned the new pull cord so it wouldn’t be subject to fraying. Would totally recommend them.

I contacted OnSpotRepair because my riding mower needed both regular service and a new belt. OnSpot was responsive and made an appt quickly... We did have a few false starts with a belt that didn't fit right and a belt that didn't get installed properly, but they were persistent and professional about it and made sure that they got the job done right at the end of the day and as quickly as time would allow. I'm impressed with them and will use them again.

RETRACTED -Very impressed with the service. Darren was punctual, courteous and above all else, thorough. I recommend On Spot for your mobile repair needsUPDATE - My auger belt broke after only a few hours of run time after the maintenance was completed. I was told the belt was relatively new and in good shape. It was checked and confirmed to be in good working order by TWO seperate On Spot repair techs. Prior to the failure, I was told I would have a trouble free season after I paid for a maintenance service on my snowblower. I waited several days for someone to get back to me, and many promises of a tech coming but no follow up. Gavin finally came to the rescue, only leaving me high and dry because he had the wrong size belt in his truck. He even admitted that his tech Darren, who I found out is no longer with the company, may have contributed to the belt failure for his lack of attention to detail. After waiting another week for someone to come back, I was charged AGAIN for a service that was negligent in the first place. I paid because I was desperate to get my snowblower going again asap...and Gavin knew this and took complete advantage of my vulnerability. I don't know what their Satisfaction Guarantee entails, but in my case, it was far from a guarantee, or satisfaction. Look elsewhere if you like your wallet and want a repair company with integrity.

The team was responsive from my call until the work was complete. Tractor and push mower were both repaired, as the name suggests, on the spot, and are running great. Appreciate the short window for arrival at my house and text updates around arrival time. Will definitely use them again.
