Hess Village Compounding Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. I can't say enough positive things about George. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need.

George and team at Hess Village really are the best. So friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor faxes a script and they call me when it’s ready (usually within the hour), something a lot of other pharmacies have stopped doing. I feel like having George as part of my care team is like winning the lottery. 10/10 recommend for anything you might need a pharmacy for.

I couldn’t possibly say enough great things about this pharmacy and the wonderful people who work there.We were travelling and had run out of my daughters prescription. We went to a pharmacy to have it refilled but they were unable to make it and suggested two places nearby. We tried the closest one to us to find out it was closed. We then phoned Hess Village Pharmacy to find out they closed in 30 minutes, I explained our situation asking if it was possible to do before they closed. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful (we needed to request a transfer from our home pharmacy which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to hours and hours depending on that pharmacy). She said she would try her best and was eager to help. I phoned our home pharmacy (they weren’t as kind) and asked if they could do the transfer quickly. HVP called me back and said they would make it happen and to come to the pharmacy to pick it up. I arrived at the pharmacy and a sweet man greeted me, he said he hoped I didn’t have trouble finding them (!!). He was concerned about me, when they were the ones who were helping me and who were now at work later than they were meant to be. I couldn’t get over it. These people stayed late solely to help me out, and were extremely kind to top it off.Because of them my daughter didn’t have to go without her medication and this mom could not be more appreciative of them.I highly suggest this pharmacy. You won’t be disappointed ☺️

Fantastic pharmacy. They went out of their way to get a prescription to me after they realized there would be a delay from the usual supplier. Went above and beyond to ensure I got it in time. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I have been struggling to find a specific form of my thyroid medication until I called this pharmacy. The man I spoke with took his time to carefully research what I needed and then provided me with a recommendation for the exact product I wanted. He was also very thorough, extremely kind and patient and took the time to listen to my health history and concerns. :) Very happy with the service!!! I regret not catching the pharmacists' name but, I could really tell he genuinely loves his job because he treats his patients with a lot of care!

George is a fantastic pharmacist. He works so hard for his patients. His staff is kind and considerate. I highly recommend his pharmacy for your prescriptions and compounds.

I cannot say enough about how kind these people are that work at this pharmacy! They have rushed orders for me, knowing how much pain I was in. They truly care about their customers, unlike the large regular" pharmacy that I have used in the past."

Very organized and provided a smooth transition from my old pharmacy.When I told them I struggled to take my meds they arranged blister packs for me and it's been a big help!

I've been so happy with the service I've received from here. They've compounded specific prescriptions for my 18 year old cat when she has been sick at very short notice with excellent customer service and follow through. I would highly recommend them; a hidden gem in the Hammer!
