I have had my liberty system for the last 2 and a half years. The system works wonderfully. The tech support team has been really wonderful to deal with and their sales rep Marit is very knowledgeable and fantastic to work with.I could not be happier with my system and the service that I have received from the Liberty team!

I have been a customer for several (6+) years of theirs. I have been quite happy with their customer service. three times I have had to call for service work ( door sensor went bad, control panel went bad, and faulty door lock) each time they have been friendly and very helpful. They were patient with my questions and clear with explaining things to me. The install techs with courteous and professional when installing and servicing parts. They have been great to deal with. 10/10

It is a great security system. Very easy and user friendly. My special thanks to Maarit who was very helpful throughout the process of setting up the system. She is very quick to respond to any query. Ebson, the technician was very explanatory about the system. I strongly suggest this security system for the home security.

While I am fairly new to owning this, I must say that the service has been excellent so far.The tech took his time to explain the process and what it entails to hubby and I.It was easy and quite affordable.I hope to not have any cause to have complaints.

I would give a zero if I could. Install was not complete. Theromstat fell off wall less then a week later, when I looked it was help on with one screw that just pulled out. Water sensor and smoke detector where not installed. They left the bridge on our kitchen table. I finished the install and we moved on. When door sensors quite working a couple years in there was very little help and since they are not local they could not do anything. Technical support was rude and talked down to me. Alarm went off several time as false alarm.

It been a great experience so far enjoying the services of Liberty. One of the best Security companies in town. They are very considerate and really care about their customers. The technician was thorough and tried everything to give the best customer satisfaction. Maarit also checked on me after install to see how things were going and if I had any issues. They are just awesome, and I'll for sure recommend more people to get their services.
