THE BEST BIKE SHOP AND SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! 10/10. Went in to get a snapped spoke replaced and they did it there and then on the spot. Outstanding customer service and fair pricing. I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else for bike repairs or purchases.

Limited knowledge of non-standard scenarios.On my first visit I bought some accessories and asked whether they serviced gravel bikes. They said yes--although they sell only mountain bikes, they service all kinds.The next week I brought my bike in and explained that I wanted to upgrade my drive train but wasn't sure what I wanted, because the options were confusing to me. I suggested that I was considering a less-common combination of shifters and derailleurs, but wasn't sure it would work and needed guidance.The desk staff and mechanic both seemed unsure also, and told me to go and find another bike store.

The North Shore bike shop has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always go above and beyond to help their customers find the perfect products or service their bikes. Cheers!

I left my bike there for service of my fork fox 36 i inspected it before leaving to their shop and i didn't see any nicks i came back after few days for pick up and noted there’s a lot of nicks on the tube I’m sure this is not cause by hard impacts or crash i called them to ask and told me it might showed up after their cleaning/service so i might missed it when i inspected it before leaving to their shop? So i went there and showed it to them and they told me it should be ok and doesn’t affect the seal but for me I’m concern for sure because I'm taking care of my fork anyways so i asked my bike group/buddies and fb groups to just clear my mind and they mentioned lots of comments i don’t t want to cause trouble or anything because i always go to their shop for concerns of my bikes so i just left their shop and say thanks for their service everyone on their shop are nice

I love this shop. I brought in my old Banshee thinking I’d need to leave it to be fixed. The person at the desk answered my questions, then Mike came over and took a look at the bike, made a few adjustments and I was on my way. The staff is awesome, I highly recommend this shop.

Great shop and would fully recommend. Good selection, well curated, fair prices and the team that works there are just solid, good people. Favourite bike shop in the lower mainland.

NSBS has to be the best bike shop in North Van. Incredible customer service, very knowledgable, and WILLING to teach at the same time. Not a combination that is easily found. Thank you Pablo for always being my go-to guy, and teaching me along the way! You're an incredible mechanic and an even better person! Found a new home with this shop ❤️

I took my son's bike to have the handlebars adjusted. He grew a lot while he was still learning, and I didn't have the right tool to do it on my own. The guy who helped me at the store lied to me and said that no bike adjusts the height of the handlebars, I found that information very strange, I went to another cycle on the same street and the guy adjusted the height of the handlebars in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything . I just don't give less stars because there's no way.

Lucas was very nice and helpful. He listened to all of my problems and gave me tips to maintain my bike brakes and tire pressure.
