I purchased a gift card from Costco, then I spent 2 weeks trying to book a facial. They kept saying that they didn’t have adequate staff. Then I booked a pedicure instead, and arrived 5 mins early for my appointment. The aesthetician wasn’t even at the salon and was 25 minutes late for my appointment. Needless to say this was extremely poor customer service and I will not be returning!
