I had such a bad experience first time visiting this place her crew member 'Ridhi' if thats her name so rude and had a really bad attitude problem she is so loud and disrespectful towards you that make you feel bad about ourselves,wont recommend not to a single friend i will suggest drive a 100 meter a head to other locations

I went there around 8’o clock in evening.Last week Friday.the girl was not good to me.that girl name is **Palak**. She was wearing EarPodsShe refuge to give me bagel. She said we don’t have any bagel but when i was paying for my tea i saw bagel’s are there.

This has to be the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been too , everything you ask for in the drive through they don't have " then when you park and walk inside they magically have it . I work at the hospital and thought it would be handy but don't waste your time

Went through the tims drive thru last weekend. Guy in front of me paid for my meal and sent me a Screencast of it afterwards but the drive thru worker (who was already rude/snooty) didn't tell us about it and so we paid for our own meal. I'm not so concerned that I had to pay for my meal but that somebody paid for it and they just kept their money. Many times I have paid for orders for people behind me in the drive thru whether I knew them or not and now I question how often sneaky stuff like this happens.

They seem to always be out of something, donuts, sandwiches, timbits, muffins, topping for iced beverages. I sadly don't think I've ever been there yet since they opened where they had everything I wanted. However the staff are friendly and the service is fast. You just may not always get what you want at this location.

I had so bad experience with this location like the lady “REET” really need training and should not be assigned for window…as she treat customers so bad attitude and she is wasting customers time by holding them on order taking window and giving a bad and really bad face expression while passing the coffee. Moreover, the coffee was terrible. Who ever is there manager or supervisor is not doing job. Please train your staff properly!!!!

i had such a very very very bad experience i am visiting here many of times but am very disappointed becoz of their employee Ridhi she is always treated with very rude and bad behaviour i will never visit here becoz of her bad attitude with me i think many more customer i get very worst service for this cafe.

This is the 4-5 times i got a Steep tea TT and there was no sugar I don’t think they even pour single sugar in small ST TT This is ridiculous every time this happens.
