TL/DR: Place is a SCAMI purchased a class as a gift in 2021. The class was cancelled, which is fine, these things happen - especially during the height of Covid. The person I bought the class for has been trying to reschedule for over a year now. To reiterate: they have been trying to take this class since 2021! It is unlikely they will ever be able to take the class that I paid hundreds of dollars for, especially because their work situation has changed and it just doesn’t work with their schedule. When I reached out about just cancelling the “class” and getting a refund, I was told that they don’t do refunds but that “they could sell the class to someone else!” This place seems, from my experience, to be a scam and a rip off.This was an expensive class that I saved up for so I could support a local business. I now regret doing so. This was a big expense for me.EDIT: Also your incredibly rude reply just reinforces what I have heard from MULTIPLE other people: you care more about money than customer service/experience. When I bought the class, you were open; I didn’t foolishly buy a class from a shuttered business. My “husband” (lol - are you from the 1940’s and shocked we have different last names?) was waitlisted for a replacement class for SO long - as far as we know he is still on it - his work schedule changed in that time and now he can’t take the class. And you refuse to give a refund. I guess that’s why you take only cash and don’t provide receipts?Thanks for the expensive coupon code we cannot use!
