Edit: Just updating to say that 2 years on, he's still providing excellent service and massages. On a couple of occasions I've had to go to other massage therapists (scheduling, travel, etc.) and I'm quickly reminded why I go to Josh.Very knowledgeable and professional massage therapist. He assess before treatment and is able to recommend stretches to help with soreness and other issues between treatments. I've had ~10 different massage therapists over the years and Josh is hands down the best!

Josh is a great massage therapist especially if you are after solutions to pain / injury or problems. Good assessment, great treatment by a guy who really wants to see you improve, able to apply good pressure and get results.

Josh’s treatments are very good. He treated where I needed it. My muscles were loose and relaxed after treatment. Highly recommend Josh as he is very knowledgeable massage therapist. Will continue with him for massage.

Was seeking a massage therapist in Regina and after being referred to him I am glad I went! He assessed me first and was highly knowledgable on the area I have had prior issues with. I have seen many therapists around Canada, and he is by far one of the best. The level of my injuries are varied, and after my first treatment I had motion in my neck further than I can remember. I will be booking him in the future. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional, experienced, and skilled therapist in deep tissue and myofascial release.
