I came to this location from Mississauga to meet my friend who helped me start my baby registry. I had to wait over ten minutes to get a gun. Then later I realized nothing in the registry saved and was so upset! Horrible experience for a hormonal pregnant female, I was so frustrated I even cried. When I complained online all they offered was for me to go back to the same store to do my registry again! No compensation for my time and energy. I got a $25 coupon when starting my registry that expired within a month. My mind being everywhere, like many pregnant women, I didn’t even get a chance to use it! I asked for it again on the customer chat and they wouldn’t send me another, even after I told them about my first horrible experience. Also the R Club coupon for 10% never came and I had to complain about that, and the 15% off coupon too I never received. This chain just feels like a scam, and all I encountered was problem after problem. I do not recommend for baby registry at all. You’re better off using Amazon. So much for “making it easier” for pregnant customers, all I got was extra stress!

Sandra was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time and helped my wife and myself. She educated us on a variety of essential baby items. Thank you

The customer service is so rude they are looking for an excuse in returning because they don't want to give money back they just give a store credit.

I absolutely love this location.
