Lobby the Lounge
I came few days ago and it was very busy but the gentleman at the bar handled everyone with so much ease. His name was Johar and he was just brilliant, he talked to everyone politely and managed the entire space! Good job! We asked him that we wanted to try something different and he made us a special drink with some chocolate alcohol and the food was good too. Thanks johar and team for making our evening special.

I would like to share my deepest appreciation for the immense professionalism of Lui, the Bartender. He has a true gift for the work he's doing, and that is something becoming more and more rare nowadays. Lui is discreet yet super sharp on the needs of his customers. Not intrusive but always ahead of things. He's awesome ! He's bright, pleasant, super easy and he has that sens of entertainment, dropping small brain challenges to be resolve, doing some little magic tricks as well. Lui, you ARE GREAT ! Thanks !

Had the pleasure of meeting Liz and Lui who took great care of me for the couple nights I was in town. Liz was hands down the best bartender. Down to earth, was interested in getting to know me.i can't say enough good things about these guys. Atmosphere was beautiful as well. Great place to wind down after a day of adulting. Excellent personalized top of the notch service! Lui at Lobby the Lounge took very good care of us from the first day to the last. He went above and beyond to keep us fed, glass was always full and we were 100% entertained. It felt like he was catering to us only. He was our personal bartender, waiter and photographer. Kudos to the entire team for making us feel welcome and comfortable. I had an impromptu surprise birthday party for my girlfriend and Lui treated the occasion like it was a planned catered event. He did everything! Thanks so much for making our weekend getaway unforgettable and amazing!

I became a Regular here due to the amazing Customer service, especially by Lui!It's not just the customer service that is amazing. It's also how amazing the food is from the chicken finger to the tacos,etc. Usually, I don't even have to wait long for my food, it comes relatively quickly.The ambiance and environment are 11/10. The lights, fireplaces, and setting are absolutely stunning to be in, along with the comfy chairs.Definitely come here once a week at least and always end up bringing new friends. None of us ever had one terrible experience whatsoever.Lui definitely needs a raise and promotion for his top-tier hospitality and kindness.Overall 11/10 this restaurant.

Lui is a rock star. He definitely deserves a raise. Absolute master of his craft. Remembers people and what they like. I love how when he comes to your table asking if you want another beer and he already has it ready for you.

Liz makes the best drinks in town. She knows how make everything and she’s good at it! As well as her drinks are amazing, her services are irreproachable. She has a warm and sweet personality and it’s always nice to have a talk with her over a drink. I go to bars and lounges often and i can’t compare any of them. Going to the loung is very relaxing and fun when liz is there, she’ll always bring a smile to the table <3

Starting off our guys golf trip last week, came here for dinner and a few drinks after checking in. I hope I'm getting this right because I'm taking his name off the reciept but Johardeep was great. Did a fantastic job looking after all 7 of us and there was a delay with one of the dinners but he made sure he dealt with it and we all had a good time. All the food was good, appetizers, wings, steak sandwich, and we will certainly be back again when we are in the area. Not our first visit and this is how I remember it.

What a wonderful place to not only dine, but to just be in such an inviting atmosphere. The lighting and gentle music really adds to the ambiance. MOST importantly…Lui and Liz are such genuine and kind people, who treated us like “family” during our 3-day stay in Toronto. They were both so attentive to our situation (as Brian just had hip replacement surgery) and offered us such amazing service and compassion. They both truly contributed to such a positive experience…we both felt so well taken care of!! We wish them all the best!!Mona and Brian Matheson
