The staff here are very friendly and fast. However, they run out of their seasonal drinks fast because it's a very popular location. The bathroom is always clean, but tables are usually taken. There are tables outside with umbrellas for even the rainy days. The merchandise is always stocked up and a variety of selections as well. Hope you have a great experience as i did.

I ordered, didn't get a smile and she just stood there waiting for me to order. It was over 5 min before I got my drink. Unacceptable. I'll think twice before I go to the ironwood location.

After my husband making a trip to his workplace to drop off some items, we just dropped in this Starbucks for coffee and a quick bite. The place was clean and tidy. Service was quick.

Pull into drive thru at 8:28. Workers tell three of us they are closed and the car in front was the last customer. Young kids these days don't know nothing about customer service. Maybe block the drivethru off behind the last vehicle before announcing it. Plus it wasn't 8:30 yet. Lazy ***** can't type what I want so figure it out.

Same coffee, but with social distancing seating. Good job, Starbucks! Drive thru is super busy, though, so best to order ahead with the app if you're in a rush. Staff are all wearing masks, too. Although masks aren't mandatory, if you go in, it would be a good idea, as most people are voluntarily wearing masks.

Store is super busy, that’s ok. BUT ONE PERSON ISNT BUSY! cashier a girl who is black hair just stood there chatting with other employees and do nothing. She saw me instead of asking me what can I help you. She decided to continue chatting with another male employee. My drinks are there, and I asked her to get my mobile pickup order. Very useless. Entire store is busy, she is the only there doing nothing. And the drink is super watery. Starbucks is pretty consistent brand. But hey this location? I give it a no no.

The staff here are amazing at customer service even though it’s always so busy. They never fail to have a welcoming smile and some even remember your name!!
