I thought doctor and staff were excellent. Prompt timing, great facility, was very clear and concise about what my problem was and made sure I was sent to the right people.

Was a pleasure meeting Dr Vel. He is kind, very thorough & professional. The lady at the front desk was kind.

I always enjoy coming to this clinic. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Vel as he is the most caring and professional doctor I have been to. He always explains everything in great detail and always takes his time with you. The staff is wonderful and always accommodating when booking appointments. The office is always very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had some bumps on the side of my tongue that were concerning me - they were able to get me in with my referral in a cancellation spot within a month. Dr. Vel was very polite and thorough in examining the bumps and although he felt they were benign, he offered to do a biopsy for my peace of mind which I will be going back for. The receptionist was also pleasant and polite.

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. I never write reviews but I have ended up crying multiple times because of the way I was treated here, and nobody else should have to go through that.The family physician at this location is unwilling to listen to patient concerns, comes into situations with biases and preconceived notions about mental health that a physician should not hold, and overall makes the patient feel as if their illness is invalid because of her backwards way of thinking. If you have concerns related to mental health, especially if it is a mental health disorder that needs medicated treatment, please stay away from this clinic because you will not find support here.
