Brant Animal Clinic

Being new to the Burlington area, I was in need of a new Veterinarian when Cooper was exhibiting signs of being unwell. My husband recommended we try the Brant Animal Clinic because of all the positive reviews on google. We were not disappointed. Everyone, from Dr. Anne to Julianna, the assistant and Rachel, the receptionist, were wonderful. They treated our 12 year old cat, Cooper, as well as, my husband and myself with such respect. The gentleness with which they approached Cooper was greatly appreciated and was reflected in his calm disposition, which I might add, is not necessarily the norm for him. We did not feel rushed, nor did we feel pushed into anything. I would recommend the Brant Animal Clinic to anyone and everyone who loves their pet and is seeking the best possible care for them. We are happy to say that we consider Dr. Anne and her staff the best example of how an Animal Clinic should operate.

I took my cat to the clinic because she was drooling, even though she was still active and had an appetite. Sadly, my experience there wasn't great. I felt like the clinic didn't have much integrity. The staff was friendly, but I didn't think they were looking out for my cat's best interests. The vet wanted to do expensive diagnostic tests that would've cost me $1300, and they couldn't do a full physical exam because my cat was aggressive. I had to convince the receptionist to book another physical exam instead of the full diagnostics, which I felt was excessive. It seemed like they were trying to make me spend a lot of money. To make matters worse, my cat's symptoms went away on their own after just one day! If I had agreed to the diagnostics, I would've wasted almost a whole month's rent. I was left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The clinic also prescribed me with Fortiflora and an anti-vomiting shot, which I thought were unnecessary and did not help her condition. I wish they had given me more advice on how to monitor my cat's symptoms or been more honest with me before suggesting the expensive tests. It made me wonder if they cared more about making money than helping my cat. Transparency and ethical service are important to me, but I didn't feel like I got that at this clinic. I hope this review is taken to heart. I'm sharing my honest frustration and disappointment, and I don't want to do any business a disservice.

Took my puppy for her first check-up and 2nd round of vaccinations. All staff, from the receptionists, assistants and Dr Anne, were so friendly to us and amazing with Loki. I highly recommend Brant Animal Clinic.

So glad we switched to this clinic. As a clinic administrator myself I rarely come across such a caring, friendly admin. Dawn on the occassions I have spoke to her has been amazing, she goes out her way to help and get you seen asap and works around her schedule. Keep up thr good work!

My dog Milo has been having some health issue lately and our usual Vet was not able to take him in before the beginning of January… not only this place took Milo in an emergency as fast as they could but they also took over an hour with him to go through everything. Our new vet Michelle is the best! She took her time to do an exam on Milo, explained to me everything in details and I am so grateful, we have found our new vet and we already love them so very much ! Merci Michelle !

We are so lucky to have found a clinic that our Bernie (a male Bernedoodle) enjoys visiting so much. He literally jumps for joy when we get there! The staff are wonderful and their passion for animal welfare is evident. On our most recent visit for a bad ear infection, Dr. Wallace was so kind and helpful. Not only did she provide treatment options but she also helped me brainstorm what some of the underlying causes for the ear infection could be. We now have a much better sense of how to prevent this from happening in the future.I would also highly recommended their puppy plan. We’ve visited a lot with a new puppy and every visit has been covered under the plan. Thank you Brant Animal Clinic!

Dr. Anne Keuhl is a vet that I highly recommend. She's fantastic and so good to my dog Sadie. Always a good experience there. And Sadie loves them all. Wonderful staff.

Dr. Anne has been the vet for my fur babies for 17 years. I love her honest, practical advice and her warm caring manner. The staff at Brant Animal Clinic are equally caring and warm. It's a small vet clinic with a big heart and I would highly recommend Brant Animal Clinic to anyone I know.

We came here after experiencing horrible service and care at our previous vet, and we were so so happy we made the jump to change! The service at Brant Animal Clinic was exceptional. The vet and vet technician actually took time to thoroughly examine our dog and explain potential causes for his symptoms. They also took us through various options for treatments plans, and never pressured us to select one - instead they gave us time to review and select the ones that worked best for us. They were excellent with answering all of our questions too, and made us and our dog feel at ease. Would 100% recommend!
