The store was almost empty - there were more staff than clients, yet you couldn't get any customer service. I hope it changed, or there is now another store in place of Staples with more dedicated employees.

Not a single employee on the floor. If you are looking h to buy something g you can't just grab and bring up, you are going to be waiting a while... not one single employee was on the floor" but 4 need to be standing at the counter helping 1 customer... even when I want to give them my money

This is a great store and probably one of the reasons why living in Campbell River is so great. I had a problem with a chair and James dispatched John who took apart another chair, gave me the part AND found a YouTube video on how to swap the part out. All cheerful, helpful, small town friendly from the big box store. A pleasure.Update for 2023: Jason and crew continue the tradition of going above and beyond with service, help, research, and the like. I truly believe the team at this store cares about the place beyond just getting a paycheck. Well done and highly recommended!

Was in and out in no time. I needed a business card organizer book and a Columnar Book,,, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed very nicely and then asked how can I help? They walked me over to the correct area and I picked what I wanted and needed. I walked around the shop a little to just look..... Not one employee passed me with out say hi and with out asking if I needed any assistance. No pressure just very friendly assistance. The perfect kind. Thanks guys and gals. GREAT JOB. Keep it up. Staples Campbell River offers top-notch customer service in their tech division. From the moment you enter the store, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions and explain the options available to me. The staff are patient and go above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. They even offered to help me set up my new device. I felt like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated their willingness to help. Highly recommend Staples Campbell River for all your tech needs.

Wont be shopping here ever. Went in to get a printer. The kid had been helping someone else get a printer off the shelf. 15 min later I let him know I needed help. He said he would when he was done with that customer. After 25 min and the customers he was helping had left (which means it took him over half a hr to get them a printer off the shelf), I seen this kid chatting with other staff and walking to the other side of the store to have a fun personal chat. No wonder the store has no one in it and all the other store are very busy.

This place is great very knowledgeable they take their time to work with each individual. I'm talking about when you have print off return labels (Amazon) I don't do business with any more can't stand Amazon

Negative 5 Stars! I was grifted by the Campbell River Staples staff, with the tech services manager as the ringleader of a complex 4-man sting operation. According to Staples online customer service, almost everything the Staples team of confidence tricksters told me was just plain wrong; they told me what I wanted to hear so I would buy the product - not the truth. They even sold me the wrong warranty policy! Wow! They are good. I didn't even see it coming! However, they are lucky that I am not a 'Secret Shopper', or heads would be rolling. I certainly DO NOT feel like a valued Staples customer!

Staples is a best place to purchase stationary and electronic items like laptops mobile phones and apple products. They are giving 2 year 3 year warranty plan according to customer's need. Very spacious place with wonderful helping staff.
