Called to ask about a door lock on my old honda, Jenna on the phone was so friendly and very happy to help. I was updated regularly on the status of my order, when they were pulling it etc., and was able to get it delivered to my workplace as I work at a dealership.They have very friendly and personal service, and go above and beyond to help customers. Definitely my go-to from now on!!

Such an awesome local company. Not only does Winston treat his employees well, but their service is amazing and they always do their best to satisfy their customers. Had 1 person answer my call 4 days ago. I asked if they had a type of vehicle as I'm trying to find a hard to find part. I was told they couldn't help me out. (Whatever). Tried calling the passed 3 days, including MINUTES after the first call with no luck, for 3 days no one picked up the phone. Finally someone answered and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Then never answered the phone again. Take your money elsewhere. These people need to create a proper system. All I had was 1 questions is this a pick and pull type yard" so i could go look for a similar part myself and couldn't even ask that after days of calling. Awful

I had an issue with a drivetrain part that had water in it and rusted the internals likely from being washed after removal and sitting, I discovered this while inspecting before install, they found me a replacement asap and exchanged it without any stress.
