Very helpful and friendly. Lost all my keys to my Toyota pickup and managed to get the key code from the dealership. They made new keys right away and didn't overcharge.

Had to give one star because you can't give none. I had a project on a deadline and gave lots of notice to get the small project of engraving done. Went in to pick it up on my deadline day they said it would be done. They didn't even remember my order. Then said their engraver broke down over a week ago so what does he want me to do about it. I said maybe a call to tell me it broke down so I could go elsewhere. Lost my business permanently. I do a bunch of engraving so guess I won't be going there. I encourage you to go elsewhere too! They clearly don't care about their clients.
