I certainly cannot recommend this company especially if you are a non- resident and selling property. Based on a family recommendation we contacted them regarding the sale of a condo in BC with respect to what needed to be done. We were told that we could either file a Certificate of Compliance or just file a tax return at the end of the year. As the sale was in November we opted to just file the taxes as required. When we attempted to contact Areti in February to file our taxes for us we were completely ghosted. We tried several emails, calls and none were returned. After weeks of no communication what-so-ever wet contacted another accounting firm and were informed that Areti gave us wrong information and the Certificate of Compliance had to be completed regardless and within 10 days of the sale. We now owe the CRA $2500 in penalties but thankfully the new accountant is helping us with the Certificate as well as our taxes. Found Areti to be completely unprofessional.

The Areti team is a pleasure to work with! They have been doing all my tax work for years now. I highly recommend them to anyone in Metro Vancouver.
