When we lost our cat we were putting up posters in the area. We asked the owner if she would allow us to hang one up, and she said she would do it. It never went up meanwhile every deppanneur around allowed us without hesitation.

Denise est une personne en or. Elle connaît très bien son métier et les produits qu’elle vend. Au delà de ça, cette femme est un pilier dans la vie commerçante de notre quartier.

Pet was traumatized after staying for 6nights. I think the animal stays closed and they do not let the animal walk around. The worse thing is the room showed on fb picture is not the same. It is a very small closet and the place to sit is so high that the cat cannot even climb. The space is tiny which makes the cat suffocate. I felt really bad. I wished I would have checked the place before dropping the cat.

On a pris le temps de prendre un rendez-vous 2 semaines à l'avance pour un toilettage. En arrivant sur place, la dame nous dit que le toiletteur n'est pas là finalement aujourd'hui. Elle dit qu'elle a essayé de nous rejoindre, mais jamais nous n'avons été averti. Service exécrable. De plus, l'endroit est dans un piteux état. Endroit à proscrire.

Brought my dog to get a haircut at 1:50 for her 2pm appointment and I called an hour later, they said they didn’t even start her haircut. The lady was also very rude on the phone, but I remained patient. 2 hours after her initial appointment time, they basically told me that she would be ready at 5:30, but that was too late for me so I just said that I’ll come get her and asked for a refund. Not only was my dog in a cage for all that time, my time was wasted as I still have to take her to another groomer. I will never go back there

Family-run folksy pet shop with genuine affection for pets, a bit out of the way but can offer room and board for pets if you have to go out of town for short or longer periods. Also occasionally has oriental cats and other breeds for sale. Open every day.

My small dog had gone there occasionally before the pandemic for 1 nighters. Recently, after 2 pandemic years, I brought him back for a 1 night stay. He apparently was a barking nuisance from start to finish. Unfortunate for me, with the pandemic confinement he has developed seperation anxiety. His keep there was fine before the pandemic but is not anymore. At this place, you can only expect a safe overnight stay, your dog to be fed, and taken out 2-3 times a day for walks. Don't expect Mr. Doggie to be cuddled or cherished, held, comforted, babied...it is a store. They sell dog food, they do dog toiletry, and offer dog boarding services for 20$.
