Have been a patient there for almost 6 years and it saved my life

The Doctor is a very good Doctor, he listens and is very compassionate, my problem is with certain employees at the front desk who are on a power trip and lack compassion.Methadone is classified as an urgent medication, patients should never feel like the employees are on a power trip fearing they won't release a dose due to tone of voice.They constantly forget to send my prescription (once a month) screwing me over, and because they close early I end up with no dose, this is totally unacceptable when it comes to Medication classified as URGENT.Their hours of operation are horribly inconsistent due to Learning Sessions" that screw over countless patients like myself. they changed their hours from 9am to 3pm to 8:30am to 12-1pm (8:30am to 11:30 during learning session) and as a disabled cancer patient it takes me 3-4 hours a day to get over my morning sickness

Amazing staff, they do so much to help... The doctor they picked for me is a great man.Does things strictly by the books and wont BS you at all.

For people trying to overcome a y type of addiction. Not to be taken lightly. The staff are great a d caring. A d has helped alot if people I know including myself. Just when you feel like giving up the answer is right there in front of you.
