Metropolitan Movers Richmond Hill ON GTA - Moving Company

We had this company deliver our piano, which was in our family for generations. Yes, they were prompt but they literally dropped our piano off the truck, which landed on the ground in pieces. I tried on numerous attempts to contact the manager, only to have him yell at me on the phone that I was disturbing him while up at the cottage. I was hoping that they would have paid for someone to repair it but no one ever returned my call. They wouldn't even answer my call. I was heartbroken over the loss of a family piece and very upset over the lack of responsibility on their part.I would HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT hire this company to deliver anything of value. I give them 0 of 5 stars. So upsetting.I wish I could FIRWARD pictures and text messages from the movers to the manager, as I have both.
