Excellent service in the repair shop! The staff are knowledgable and pleasant. Even though they were incredibly busy they took the time to identify and resolve a noise that has plagued me for weeks.

Great shop in a two-level space that's interestingly designed and a pleasure to visit. Jocelyn and other mechanics are very helpful, and they quality-check each other's work to ensure great results. Despite being short-staffed, they kindly took me as a walk-in when my rear brake failed during my commute. (This a few minutes after another shop rudely and dismissively sent me away with a bike that wasn't very safe to ride.) Well done Dumoulin! I highly recommend this shop!

They are fantastic! Appointments for bike maintenance are fast, they’re organized, won’t upsell you, they’re respectful and patient when explaining what they recommend in terms of the type of maintenance and what they believe needs to be done in their initial assessment, they’re thorough, and every time I get my bike back it feels brand new.Cannot complain!

I assumed their prices would be higher than bigger box stores but after some research I realised that is not so. Add the much higher levels of knowledge and customer service and this is the obvious choice. Professional and friendly, highly recommended.

I am new to the world of cycling so my knowledge was (and still is) pretty basic. I had done hours of research before going to Dumoulin but I still was on the fence between 2 bikes. Everyone was so unbelievably patient with me, they let me ask my thousands of questions and was honest with me. Philippe was such a great sales person, he really made sure I was getting a bike that would fit my needs/wants. He told me what would work and what wouldn’t work, but more importantly, why! I think we spent 2hrs together before I finally made my decision. He also helped me with all of my accessories and special ordered some for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn’t want, Phillips is extremely knowledgeable so I felt like I could trust him.It’s been 3 months with my bike and whilst I’ve only ridden it on my trainer, I’m so happy with my choice. Thank you to everyone at Dumoulin!

Excellent excellent customer service. I went in with questions about a baby bike seat to be installed on my bike. Yojan and Vicky were super nice and helpful!!! They recommended me to get the item I needed and I could get it installed by them! The prices are really interesting. They have great options and also the ability to rent certain bikes! A must go to if you’re looking for specific bikes. They have a great repair Center in the basement!!!
