I don’t appreciate that he gaslit me into thinking my straight nose would have looked better ski slope shaped (and so I never proceeded with the rhinoplasty). First of all, that doesn’t work with my phenotype. Second of all, I never came to you for that. By the way this happened exactly 8 years ago but I just got triggered by an old memory and had to leave this review now.

Despite knowing how badly I wanted top surgery, I avoided it for YEARS. I was mostly afraid of the surgery, but when I spoke to Dr Chen Lee over the phone during our consultation I was relieved and enthusiastic!Somehow, Dr Lee has the most incredible bedside manners while also being a fantastic surgeon. My top surgery results have been incredible, and I sometimes pinch myself when I pass my reflection in the street.The nurses were incredibly kind when I woke up after surgery, and staff were able to answer every question possible. It was one of the top experiences I've had in 2022, and quite possibly my entire life.Thank you again!

1 month ago I had a keyhole surgery with Dr. Chen Lee. This whole process was interesting; some months ago I was referred to him for the surgery and we weren't sure if we'd do a bilateral or keyhole until the day of the surgery.Looking at my pictures only at the time, Dr. Lee said I would be a good candidate for bilateral mastectomy. For me this was scary, I had to prepare mentally for whatever came next and I was incredibly lucky to get exactly what I had always hoped for.On the day of the surgery, I was the first to arrive and the first to be operated on that day. I was introduced to the surgical team before we began, which was a short but moving moment for me. Seeing the room of people that are going to help me start the first day of the rest of my life, smiling and happy to help, it really struck a chord.The whole staff at GRS Montréal, from the doorman and secretary to the nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeons, everyone was very kind and took the time to explain things clearly and reassure me. I'm not open about my transition, I'm considered a stealth" trans guy so being the first to come in and the first to leave definitely made me feel like they listened to my concerns and accommodated to the best of their ability

I got my double mastectomy with Dr Lee, and he was very sweet, reassuring and professional. I had no trouble scheduling my post-op consultation. I was very happy to know that my scars were healing at a very good rate, thanks to the recommendations Dr Lee and his team gave me. The appearance of the scars, 4 months post-op, are amazing and better than what I had expected. I definitely recommend Dr Lee if ever you choose to have a surgery like mine!

From the pre-op consultation to the follow-up appointment, I felt reassured and supported in my journey with top surgery as a FTM trans person. Dr Lee is patient and professional, with a personalized approach, explaining everything that was helpful for me to know about the surgery itself and the healing process. Five weeks after the surgery, I'm already very satisfied with the results and I'm confident that it will continue to heal well and look better. I would highly recommend working with Dr Chen Lee.

Dr Chen lee, is an amazing surgeon, extremely professional and meticulous. He takes the time to explain and is very caring, his work is the best I have seen. Very kind and respectful, he will guide you and give his suggestion as a highly qualified and skilled surgeon. Such a nice person!

Dr Lee is absolutely amazing! He was so kind and informative about the process before the operation, with the results coming out fantastic!!He's a really chill guy and he definitely helped ease my nerves going into the surgery and when following up on my recovery 5 weeks later. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chen Lee as my surgeon for top surgery at GRS. The staff there were very nice and helpful. I was super nervous as soon as I laid down on the hospital bed. He did an amazing job, with minimal scaring.

Dr. Chen Lee is of one plastic surgeons I met he’s very kind, and knowledgeable. He’s receptionist is kind and well organized. That’s why I decided to proceed my breast augmentation with him because he made me feel safe even I’m scared about the procedure.After the surgery he contacted me personally, and if I have a question (after my surgery) He contacted me within 2 hours.
