1944 Yonge st. Bugs everywhere, pill bugs and centipedes, they come out at night. Yes, Pot may be legal now, but on the weekends the corridors smell like a growhouse. Most families have moved out since the building supervisor does not care. Only single people living here now. Many tenants said their complaints to the supervisor, were not addressed. He’s been there for decades so you have to deal with him.He loves to talk but if you complain about anything, he gets verbally aggressive and his entire demeanor changes. He can be a creep. The previous one was arrested too, I am told. Anyways, one can’t argue with the person who has the keys to your apartment. Fire alarms go on at odd hours of the night, this happens a lot. Most are false alarms, but good luck getting a good nights sleep. The management office is located elsewhere and you can only leave voicemails. Visiting the building on a weekday is very different from what happens in the night, especially the weekends. You will get all sorts of creeps hanging around. Pls avoid, especially if you’re a woman .. speak from experience
