I was surprised to see a paid parking at the location. However, Jilla Was super professional and caring, she made my Mom to feel welcome and at ease, even though Mom does not speak any English. Jilla is very skilled at what she does, and even though my Mom veins are hard to get, she did it from the first attempt. THANK YOU Jilla!

As much as I understand system downtime, it is always helpful to communicate system challenges to clients to put their mind at ease rather than keep them waiting in line endlessly. So another day here at Dynacare weston Road, having booked my appointment online, I showed up before my 11am appointment, I was asked repeatedly if I booked my appointment online...I responded with a yes. I noticed I had to wait for over 30mins, only to find out later there was a system crash which made it challenging to access client's requisition online. My expectation was, this should have been communicated with an apology on the part of the front desk team...unfortunately none of these ladies deemed it necessary to take this initiative. The leadership of this lab should educate through training on Advanced customer service with focus on communication. People have other things they do with their time, rather than wait endlessly in line expecting a delayed service with no prior notice about how long they will wait for. Dynacare, you need to do better!!

Very poor service and they always seem to be lost and confused. Had my blood test. The reception area was packed and they were disorganized. They called multiple people in but none of the nurses were in the know". The nurse that took my blood test didn't listen to my instructions when i told him about my blood vessels. Bruised me...do not come here!"

If I could give this place a rating in the negatives I would. The basement level labs have very rude and beligerant desk staff. The desk staff from both the xray and bloodlab were downright beligerant and disrespectful. There were no masks at either lab (the boxes were empty) and even when I asked, because the mask I had brought with me was broken, I was ignored and dismissed. To make things worse the place looked like it had not been cleaned or properly maintained for a very long time. Don't go there!

The worst experience I have never experienced before. The employees there kept providing me with inconsistent information on my bill information and made me to pay $199 for blood work which is 95% covered by my insurance plan. I have to go through all the extra work to talk to the insurance company to get the money back. I’ve never experienced such an issue with other labs.

Early in the morning, in and out super quick! The loveliest lady made me feel so comfortable while doing my blood test. Usually I get so nervous but she made me feel so at ease and distracted which helped a lot.

This review is to shed light on the fantastic staff working at Dynacare especially the Weston Rd location in Columbus Medical building. They are gentle and genuinely care to provide good service to patients visiting. I always take my son for blood work at this location and Thelma helped me the other night 2 minutes to closing time. She could have easily said sorry but we’re closing, but she didn’t. She performed bloodwork draw for my young child in a very gentle manner and was very professional and sweet. Thank you Thelma you have helped my family there for years I wanted to thank you and the staff at this location! Highly recommend visiting this location.

My mom was in earlier today for an iv stress test. This took place over multiple hours and was a scary situation overall for my mom going in. I so appreciate the kindness, professionalism and honestly humanity of Adeo and Francine (I hope I spelled those right - please correct me if not!) who helped my mom today. As my mom described, they were very clear about what would take place and when during testing, checked on her often which was very reassuring and simmered the anxiety and discomfort of the situation.They had a bedside manner that is truly not so common in our health care system, and created a space of comfort during iv injections and having reactions to things? Exceptional care. Thank you

It’s my second time here for blood work, the staff is so nice and helpful! I have had very bad experience elsewhere as I have very thin veins but here at dynacare they listen to you and take the blood very peacefully! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
