Excellent service. No over charging! My Yamaha 50 cc scooter drives as new and even uphill drives 55 kliks! They didn't try to sell a lot of items which were not necessary. Edit..... Apparently it was not fixed. The battery still went empty and I had to kick start it. But my genius husband put this switch on the scooter. Now the battery stays full.

Imperial Motorcycles has won me over with fast reliable service. Attention to detail and care for both of my metric bikes. The last service was for fork seals and tires. I got the best pricing on the tires and the turnaround was fast. Stefano runs a great shop along with Emerson who keeps a tight and tidy front desk. Inherited a V Star 1100 that I knew needed an oil change but rode it for at least a month to see if it was worth keeping.Imperial got me in & out in 2 days & were very communicative & helpful when there was a LOT more than just an oil change that the bike neededI think the fact that they took a bike that was getting 25 mpg & got it to give me 51 mpg without a change in riding & with just a spring refresh says it all!

Emerson, was exceedingly easy to communicate with and made my bike mods exceedingly pain free. The mechanics took care of my bike and were excellent to work with. I could not be happier with my experience.

Really friendly staff, good guys. I needed to get some brake services done, they gave me a couple of options for what to get done. They weren’t pushy, they were super honest, and the price for the work was very reasonable. This is where I’ll bring my bikes. This is the place to come to guys!
