Mr. Lube + Tires

All the employees at this location are kind and helpful. They always greet with a good smile and try to provide best excellent customer service. Met Harf yesterday regarding one of my car’s tire and he was absolute quick with the response.Completely reliable !!!

This is the supposedly new battery that Mr lube at Dundas and neyagawa installed for me on Sunday. It died on Monday after a day. They tried to pass it off as new and would not accept that this was a used battery. The SUV died while my wife was driving it with my kid at an intersection and I had to rush back from a meeting to help jump the car, luckily I was close.Never again, the only reason I went there is because I needed the swap urgently and they didn’t require a appointment.They are now blaming the alternator for the issue with the battery, but they supposedly had already checked the alternator the day before and said it was fine.When I insisted they replace the battery with a new clean battery, they had to send someone to another store to pick it up and we ended up waiting for an hour while they got a replacement battery.Extremely disappointed, I had heard horror stories about Mr lube, but this is on another level. I have added a photo of the “new” battery they installed in my car. And a photo of the “new” battery next to the replacement battery they had to get from another store. The difference is plain to see.My wife now gets anxious while driving the car incase it shuts down again on the road and we are having to send it into a workshop to get it fully tested. If I could rate them at zero stars I would. Is this what they do to all customers?I have had this google account from 2007 and this is the first time I’m having to review a location after being disappointed by what has happened.

Service was amazing, Naman gave exceptional care to our car, and ensured we got the best service possible. He was kind, informative and friendly. The complimentary hot chocolate while we waited in the car was a nice touch for a cold day. We specifically drive out from brampton to this oakville location because of the excellent service. Highly recommended.

First time getting my tires serviced here and I genuinely appreciate Mr.Jazz’s efforts and undoubtedly his mechanical service was outstanding and quick! We look forward to coming back. Thank you again! Highly Recommend.

I came into Mr. Lube today with a flat tire due to a nail (ugh!). I couldn’t believe how quickly I was helped with so much kindness! Aditya fixed my tire quickly and was so reassuring and kind the entire time! Also, every employee was so friendly with my kids who were with me, ages 6 & 4. I highly recommend this location and I will absolutely bring my car back here! Thank you Aditya & the Mr Lube team!!!

Beware this place is dishonest. Dundas and Neyagawa Oakville Location. I paid for synthetic oil change and had to raise concerns when I asked them why the bottles of oil they were pouring into my vehicle were all previously opened used and dirty!!!They then promptly redrained the vehicle and took out brand new unopened bottles of motor oil at my request!!! I will never be visiting this location again. I only ever go for convenience. I don't mind paying a bit of a premium to save some time but being scammed isn't acceptable! Disheartening to say the least. I was trying to support local.

Team at Mr.Lube did a excellent job replacing my tires 1 hour before closing time. Went here because 1 tire is leaking air. It turns out my tires are worn out and I know to myself that it is time to replace it. A bit pricey but I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you to Khush, Yadi and Meet for servicing my car!

Naman did a great job for me. I had a flat tire and his professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. I will definitely visit this Mr, Lube again. Please ask for Naman. He was courteous as well!!

Had an exceptional experience this morning. My windshield wiper broke off just as it started to rain and as i was rushing to work. I arrived at this location 10 mins before it was to open. Jas was so incredibly kind to come outside before the store opened and quickly replaced my wiper. He was so gracious and kind and his customer service just made my day! Hard to find such service nowadays. Will definitely be going back and recommending!!

Came here to get tires changed. Got top notch service. Very quick. Perfect. Glad I came here. Didn't have to wait. Harry was very courteous and helpful. Did the job perfectly and very quickly. Very satisfied. Will come again.Further to my previous review, I’d like to acknowledge the extremely good customer service I received from the management and staff of this store. There was an issue with my car and as soon as I reported it, they apologized, asked me for a bit of time to review the incident and called the next working day that they would compensate the inconvenience by offering complimentary services worth approximately the loss that was reported.I am extremely happy and honestly was since they admitted to the fault and the complimentary services just add to the experience.All I wanted was for them to be aware of the issue and acknowledge it as mistakes happen by humans and it is normal. No hard feelings on my part.I know I take my car to a shop that values customer experience, performs to the best of their ability and ensures great service quality.Thanks Mr Lube, you’ve made a customer for life.
