Way better than the dealers. Good service, it's prompt and there's no stupid hoops to jump through.I'm betting the negative reviews are for the company generally, but if you're caught dealing with the human element, these folks are probably the best.

I've been with Freedom since they were Wind mobile and have always had great service and experience. We are moving to area outside of Freedom's regular service area so are switching carriers. A very helpful gentleman named Chris assisted me with an issue regarding our internet service with great complexity between tech support and accounts. Long story short, we figured something out that I do not think could be solved online with the various other people. There is a lot to be said for dealing in person with someone who genuinely wants to help. Such people deserve recognition and hope Chris' efforts don't go unnoticed. These are the people who really make a company. Thanks!

I am with freedom for the last three years.Went to this location in hopes for a better deal, turns out even after three years i was getting the same deals a new customer would get. So I went to the Millwoods location and they gave me an awesome deal as i pay less and got a brand new phone. Terrible experience at this particular location.

I had a great experience with Amy on Dec 28. They were helpful, educating and straight forward but kind. I live north and usually go to your north locations, but i would highly reccommend this location and will be back. Thanks Amy!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The manager, Chris, was very helpful and went above and beyond. Always great service.

Took my friend there to get a phone and the service rep did n said everything that prevented her from even trying and she felt bad after, walked in and walked out within 3 mins. Do not go to this place very bad service as they seem to pick and choose who they want to help....and just an fyi we went to a different location and they helped her in every way to make sure she walk out with a phone and happy!!
