Great service, friendly staff

Our company has many International Trucks in our fleet. We send a lot of our warranty work to Kemptville instead of the Ottawa East or West location because Kemptville has a great, knowledgeable staff of mechanics and parts staff.

Terrible costumer service post purchase..I wouldn’t recommend.

Due to our activity in providing mostly residential services we were booked completely, and at one moment, one of our truck broke down.Our regular dealership, booked us in after 3 weeks, which would have resulted in losing many customers and our reputation, as no rental trucks are available during the summer time.Thank you to the services department of Rush Truck in Kemptville who understood our situation and took in the truck for a quick inspection.In 2 hrs the truck was ready for work.You did a great job!Thank you very much,TriServices Moving OttawaRuss

They don't stand by their product, brand new trucks falling apart won't address

Engine torque derated on a Saturday.Monday morning when they opened, they got me in and out within 1 hr.Sensor replaced under warranty.

Avoid purchasing from Rush Kemptville. Terrible experience with purchasing 2 brand new 2022 International HX trucks. Trucks arrived with long list of defects and problems that salesman Pat Kinnear sold to us. He and general manager Dave Webster were super unprofessional dealing with the issue of the defects on our new trucks such as Pat denying that our defects even existed. The trucks sat at there dealership yard for 5 weeks before they delivered to us, and we could not believe the state the trucks arrived in .Some of the defects included wiring looms hanging loosely within reach of the engine belts, tire psi as low as 59 psi ( the high side was 81 psi), cross threaded diesel tanks due to Rush delivery driver cross threading the tanks, 1 inch gaps on the headlight bezels exposing the lighting wiring to the outside environment, rusted rear fenders, no dump valve switch or wiring installed on trucks that both were paid and optioned for.This is only about a quarter of the defects we have found with these two brand new 2022 HX trucks that Rush took pride in delivering. Rush Kemptville seems to only be able to come up with excuses and blame passes.Just be for warned when shopping for trucks, Rush Kemptville will gladly take your money and leave you out in the cold.

terrible after purchase customer service and quality of product

Good staff. But their parts prices now that Rush took over are way too high. Good place to get work done on your truck. Bring your own parts. I needed a ICP sensor and a IPR Valve. Their price was around 1200. I got them both for $100 from a different place. Saved $1100 on a $1200 bill. Shop around.
