Danny is the best. My wife and I made the decision to relocate to Nova Scotia from Ontario with our children’s best interest in mind. After reading some reviews about Danny we knew we found our realtor and gave him a call. Danny was knowledgeable, sincere, and very down to earth. He listened to our story and began pin pointing areas and houses that would meet our needs. Due to us being out of province Danny would video call us through our walk throughs of potential houses and would provide such great commentary and insight that we had zero worries if the house would work for us. When we finally found our dream home Danny worked incredibly quick and diligently to get the deal done for us even though it was quite a distance from his office. He never stopped working for us. He provided us information on a great lawyer, provided us with all the phone numbers of services we would need to call, and even just called to check in with us along the way with the closing just to chat, it was so comforting to have a realtor that was as excited as we were. We got our dream home because of Dannys hard work and my family and I can’t thank him enough. If you need a realtor, you need to call Danny. You will not regret it.

Morgan and Danny were both personable and a pleasure to meet & work with throughout the entire process of selling our cottage property on Molega Lake. They did an incredible job presenting our property with excellent photography and an awesome video! Morgan is very keen and an extremely hard worker. We signed with him to sell our property because he is not complacent, unlike another local agent we spoke to. He is proactive and works diligently to find prospective buyers. Morgan is always very responsive to all our communications and is a pleasure to deal with.
