Just left this great little restaurant. I was there to meet my friend for a drink and something to eat. WOW WOW WOWThe fish patika to start was outstanding followed by tandoori chicken that was absolutely delicious!! Will definitely be back!!

We had channa bhature, masala tea, and chilli chicken. Bhature and tea were too good. Chilli chicken was also nice. I am no food expert but the flavor of something was bit too much in it, I guess it was cumin. If you go to Barrie and need some Indian food you can definitely go here.

The Food was very enjoyable. Once seated given a bottle of room temperature water. Honestly, we were not familiar with Indian food. We asked the waitress for help. She wasn’t very helpful as to what to order. Luckily we figure it out but over-order. The Garlic Naan was really good. The Tandoori chicken was on the dry side but still very tasty. We were warned that the tandoori chicken takes over half an hour to cook.Update, the second visit was an absolute disaster. 20+ minutes before my order was even taken. Only one server a very young child looking after the customer. He was more interested in the take-out customer than the done-in. The veg Pakora was overcooked, dry and very salty. The butter chicken come out in a reasonable amount of time but I had to wait another 10 minutes and had to demand for my side of rice. After that, he totally ignored me till I was finished. after that, he totally ignored me till I was finished. I found that to be very ignorant. Got the bill and got the Hell out of the place. Never again, I should have gone with my instincts and got the hell out of there after waiting for 20 minutes.

Here's a five star review I've been waiting to give about Indian food since moving from the UK to Canada 16 years ago. Friendly smile and comfortable chat with the guy at FOH. All freshly cooked and flavoursome food from the kitchen. I ordered the chicken vindaloo, garlic rice and the garlic green chilli naan. Great combination and it, quite frankly, didn't touch the sides when eating it. I would have preferred a little more rice and the breads are a lot smaller than the UK naan breads but that is a real nit pick. I will definitely be returning for different menu items to make sure I'm not dreaming. Finally a decent curry house in Simcoe County. YES YES YES (in my best Meg Ryan voice).

If you want both quality and quantity, this place is the best. Really love the food and atmosphere. Even more , the cleanliness of the place. Restrooms were super clean . Although it’s small restaurant but can accommodate enough guests at a time. I had a waiting time of 15-20 mins on Saturday night but trust me it’s worth it. Really love their antioxidant berries smoothie and mango shake . They have good control on the spice level of the food. I tried mixed vegetable, chicken curry and paneer kadai.. All were delicious. Raita was fabulous. Other than that, our server samarth was very polite and helpful, gave us good recommendations to try as we visited here for the first time .

Hi,I planned to celebrate my sister birthday at this restaurant. It was amazing. I love the way how they served us.Food was amazing. Firstly we order snacks(pakore and aloo tikka chaat). I have no words to explain. I got indian favour. Then, we order dinner, that is very tasty. Well, it was my first time ... that I enjoyed authentic Indian cuisine in canada... the flavours... I don't have words to express... thanks to chefs and the service people... they are so nice to us... it anyone visiting Barrie , Georgian collage area... this will be the best restaurant to enjoy your main meal... i was so satisfied... and highly recommended this place... and it's so close to barrie lake too...
