Update: After posting this review and filing complaints, Indochino regional management reached out and made a price adjustment to honour the original quote. Right outcome, brutal customer service road to get there.Groom ordered a suit based on 5 groomsmen being offered a discounted price. Store created a file with the discounted price offer and groomsmen names for reference. Subsequent groomsmen were overcharged despite store being able to successfully look up the reference file.Subsequent complaint to customer service was met with a refusal to help. Customer service blamed the showroom staff and advised to contact them. Showroom staff repeated their unwillingness to honour to offered price and referred back to customer service. Customer service finally flat-out refused to help any further.No choice but to keep the purchase because of the wedding, but have filed complaints with the Competition and Better Business Bureaus.

I came in to get a tux made for my own wedding. From start to finish, Jatin whom is the assistant store manager went above and beyond for me. I had come in multiple times to really dial in my suit for the wedding. Exceptional service he provided, very tentative and detailed. I would highly recommend!!!

I was so impressed with the entire experience! Having the option to have a custom fit and designed suit with premium materials is amazing! The staff are very knowledgeable and focused on making a suit that is perfect for what I’m looking for.

Getting a tailored suit is not only about the final product, but also the experience and the time fine tuning every measurement and detail. Seva made sure that no detail was left aside, offered great insights and suggestions. Great experience at this location.

Vlad and other staff were great! They helped out even on last minute alterations to have my suit ready for a wedding. Too bad my vehicle got broken into while I made a brief stop at the store... always park in busy, well lit areas. Thieves and junkies will take every opportunity to grind out their meager existence by taking advantage of others.

Haven't got the suits yet, but the in-house experience was incredible. Our associate was knowledgeable, provided good advice, and was very honest about what could and couldn't be done. As a non-binary person it was a very good and safe experience.

Very good and friendly service. Super excited to see what the suits will turn out to be. I ordered a few suits they have a lot of customization options and you get to look at the material before you place the order.

Horrible experience. My husband bought two suits in November. Both suit jackets didn’t fit and one pair of pants didn’t fit at his first fitting. He came back a month later and again none of it fit. Came back in febuary 2 weeks before our wedding and the black suit fit and the blue suit still didn’t and they didn’t know where it was. He came back to try on the blue suit two months later and STILL didn’t fit. Horrible customer service and the black suit is now pilling at the seems. They won’t do anything for us. Would highly recommend not buying any suits here. You pay good money for fitted suits and this is what you get?
