The owners are very knowledgeable and dedicated, as well as mindful of your requirements. I was only doing the fence first, but they ended up helping us with a base for our shed. Brandon and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my deck was repaired, refinished and ready for the arrival of my overseas relatives. Extremely friendly customer care from this company from the time I booked online to meeting to discuss project. The staff were helpful and made cost saving suggestions to help me save money. Had 3 other quotes some very high , I was a little skeptical due to the great cost but hired them to do my fence and all I can say is wow! They did a fantastic job and the price was right , so was the quality. My husband watch them from start to finish they did everything right. Given them a try you will not be disappointed.

We used Affordable Deck and Fence to completely close in my backyard. While searching companies I came across them and let me tell you I am so happy we found them.I got 4 quotes and 3 of them were rude and only wanted to come if I gave a deposit. A D & F met me on my schedule, explained everything to me, gave me options and a fair price within my budget.Professional, Gnuine and most importantly AFFORDABLE!!!I was given a start date and was kept informed in advance of changes due to weather which made it impossible to work.They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done which was much appreciated.I would definitely recommend using them for your next fence or deck project. We were so fortunate to find Sue & Dan. This family owned business will treat you with respect, professionalism and openness.I called over 10 deck builders to get an estimate on adding a stairs to an deck that came with the house when I purchased it. Only 6 companies came to check the deck and to quote me, only Affordable Deck & Fence alerted me of how unsafe my deck was and that it is definitely not built to code. At first I was so pessimistic, thinking that they wanted to rip me off. I called Ajax Town and inquired if there has ever been a permit to build a deck for my house, and to my surprise there was none. They offered to send the town inspector to see if the deck was safe and the inspector confirmed that the existing deck was unsafe, whoever built it did not know anything about decks and he was surprised it hadn't collapsed.Sue & Dan then gave me an amazing deal to remove the deck and rebuild it from scratch, they also took care of the permit and following up with the town. The result was amazing, I wasn't expecting the deck to turn out the way it did. On the last day of the job I was surprised to see that they had installed LED lights and a timer free of charge.If you really want someone to be honest and give you a great deal, someone that would treat the job site as it it was their own house, then you should use Affordable Deck & Fence.

After going through a long list of potential contractors we decided upon Affordable Decks & Fences. We had done a few renovations in our home and had some questionable issues with contractors. We were, in fact, losing our trust in contractors, due to not showing up on time, showing up and not bringing tools, poor craftsmanship and trying to charge additional costs. No issues with Susan and Dan! Susan showed up on time to price out our estimate. She came up with a couple of extra ideas and other details to make our deck layout better.The deck was completed on time and it looks amazing. We are ecstatic with how it came out. I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to boards lining up, joints etc. No problem with Dan and his crew. The board joints are lined up, screws properly countersunk and most importantly, everything straight and level!! Affordable Decks even kept the worksite clean-very important if you have pets!After all of our renovations, Susan and Dan and the rest of the Team at Affordable Decks are the best contractors we have worked with and we highly recommend! Plus they are great people!

As our 20 yr deck and stairs needed replacing we hired Affordable Deck and Fence. They replaced all the deck boards and framing as needed to be replaced. Virtually a new deck. This price was exactly as their name says Affordable".The quality of their work is exceptional. They consulted with you if additional work is needed. They went beyond what was required of them. Excellent customer service.
