I cant tell you how happy Iam I used this firm for my purchase property. Despite A LOT of challenges (through no fault of their own) they were patient and successful dealing with con artist lawyers. Sanitha was representing us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This firm really came through for us in a time where we thought we were really screwed to say the least. Thank you Day + Borg.

My husband and I were referred to Day & Borg by a trusted family member who used their services for the sale of a house. We enlisted their help for the purchase of our first home from March to June 2021, and it was the first time we worked with a lawyer. Our contacts were Karen (Real Estate Clerk) and Sanitha (Lawyer).Out of everyone we worked with during our first real estate transaction (realtor and mortgage broker), the lawyer's office was the only one who felt like an opponent, and not a team member. The wasn't a single point of contact where we felt like they had our best interests in mind, and a couple times we felt taken advantage of.
