I took my almos brand new 2016 Lexus RX with 30k for repair,and what came back is a total surprise!!Paint job like someone who’s have done it in a garage!Miss alignment fenderMiss alignment door,door pop open when you pulled handle,can’t open rear door when front door is closed.(THEY DIDN’T FIND THE PROBLEM DURING THE REPAIR FOR THE WHOLE MONTH!)Missing clipDamaged front suspension ,metal banging noise every time when going thru a bump.The manager want me to pay for the inspection to proof those damage wasn’t from the Accident that damaged my car before they could finish the job!YES,THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE INSPECTION AT THE DEALER FOR THEIRS MISTAKES!HAVE NO CHOICE BUT I HAVE TO DO IT!THEY RIUN MY CAR ,LEFT ME STRANDED AND LEFT ME A TONS OF SXXT TO ARGUE BETWEEN ICBC AND THEM!BEWARE!!

I brought my Tesla to have the roof glass replaced. The customer service was great begining to end. I was happy to not have to be taken to a car rental location for my rental, they brought the car to the autobody shop for me. I was even more pleased to have my rental, (from Hertz), be a Tesla! The car repair was quick and my car was spotless upon pick up. Also got a lifetime guarentee on the work.I previously had to have body work done to my Tesla and the options were slim and in Vancouver. I would not go back to BA in Vancouver ever again for repairs after this experience which was 10 times better! Surprised when I read poor customer service from others. Definatly not for me!

The staff at Richmond Open Road were very professional, efficient and courteous. They got me in as soon as possible and gave me a reliable and fair quote. My car was repaired quickly and the workmanship was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the best body shops I've ever been to. Very professional, great service, and of course, great job repairing the damage to my rear bumper. They handled my rental/courtesy vehicle (I have Roadside Plus) and I didn't have to do anything. The whole process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend:)

We got rear ended within 3 weeks after getting a new car since careless driver who didn't focus on the front while driving rear ended our car, and we sent our car to this auto body shop.Everyone was so nice and although it took a long time to fix due to parts shortages ( not their fault ), the car was finally fixed and it looked really great, hard to tell it was get fixed because they did perfect job!Thank you everyone, especially Jules Gabirel, he was prompt with reply and kind.

High quality work done on my Tesla (as they are Tesla certified) as well as my Acura. Had numerous visits from dent/body repair to windshield replacement and had the best experience each time. Rental car is provided on location with very simple turn-key operation. A thorough inside and out car detail was done before every pick-up.Staff is great both on shop side and the front desk. Tracy specifically is an absolute gem as she’s professional, responsive, and very accommodating to customers.I refer all of my friends, family and fellow Tesla Enthusiasts to Open Road Richmond (Coquitlam) as they’re the best in the business!

Our repair works were dragged over 4 months on the excuse that they are waiting for parts. We checked with other workshops and this was not the case. Also 1 week after repair we got ABS alarm warning and we approached them to check and advice. They insisted over the phone that it has nothing to do with their repair and suggested we send to the dealer.

I brought in my Tesla Model Y that had been vandalized on the front hood. OpenRoad’s communication and service with me was top-notch the whole way through. They even cleaned my car before they had me pick it up. 2 thumps way up!!!

They made an appointment for me and I drive a porsche. Come the day I want to drop off my car they indicate that this location does not service Porsche! This is 2 weeks after making a booking!
