After visiting three different paint stores in Kelowna I was a little frustrated trying to match an existing stain on my house. My last stop was the Benjamin Moore Store on Springfield. Wow, what an eye opener. Met Todd Tavender, and was completely overwhelmed with his experience in the paint business. His knowledge was by far the most extensive I've ever experienced. Left a sample piece of wood to match. They called within 2 days and said it was completed. Went to pick it up and the match was identical. So thankful i met Todd the Paint Expert! From now on Ben Moore Springfield is my go to paint store.

Really poor customer service this past Friday afternoon . Not only were we ignored for 15 minutes but the table we were looking at wallpaper samples was taken away. Not returning.

BM has always an outstanding ads and amazing design on their products. I go there when it's about to paint in a one million's house.Otherwise I go to their competitors specially for cost matter. Now I like the ambiance in this kelowna store. People are friendly and I feel good when I m over there.
