Mont & Walker Executive Centre

We went to Mont and Walker to have our extremely long (37 page) lease reviewed for our bakery we are opening ( My Hubby's Bagels) . We were given a quote...and after also calling other places to do our due diligence, Mont &Walker we're still not only the best price but had the best customer service, which is extremely important to us. They come up as the highest rated law company so we didn't expect them to also be the best price. Christopher Murphy handled our lease. He met with us for an hour and a half. Went over absolutely everything so it was very clear. Told us the points we should change for our benefit. He was thorough but also had a great sense of humor and patience. He revised the points we had discussed, and promptly emailed them to us. When we let Mont & Walker know we were done with their services, we were given an invoice for LESS than was quoted even though he spent much more time than expected.
